Municipal villa of Salerno
- The Villa Comunale of Salerno was one of the first prestigious green areas of the city. His project dates back to 1874 and occupies the access area to the city between the sea and the road leading to the Amalfi Coast or Naples. The villa has incorporated the ancient, (1790 AD), the fountain of Aesculapius that quenched the wayfarers. The majestic trees offer an excellent shelter from the summer heat and a pleasant place to oxygenate.
- The villa often hosts important events. During the period from November to January it becomes an enchanted garden where in every corner you can meet real bright works of art inspired by fairy tales.
- Another regular appointment is the Minerva exhibition which welcomes the stands of operators in the floriculture sector from all over Italy. A unique opportunity to have qualified botanical consultancy, participate in educational workshops on plants and their use both food and therapeutic, to extract colors from plants and use them to make decorations, to see and buy rare and unknown plants.
